We do this by working in 3 main areas:



Partnerships

Routinely partners with manufacturers for continuing education units or training sessions for continued professional growth of current employees



Education

Contributes time and material to high schools seeking industry partnership within their VoTech classes

Partners with high schools by providing skilled young talent to come out and spend Discovery Day with Tile for their students

Has a current department of labor approved Tile Setter apprenticeship course for developing trained & credentialed professionals



Events

Actively participates in the Construction Education Foundation of Georgia Expo by sponsoring the World of Tile each year since 2009

Actively participates in the Georgia Skills USA Event each year, and was responsible for establishing the first Tile Setter Skills USA Competition in Georgia
